Who writes this, and why
Trading Signals Explained is a teaching site. It exists because the language of signals is simple but the marketing around them is not, and a confused beginner is the easiest person in the world to sell a screenshot to.
The job we set ourselves
Search “best trading signals” and you find rankings, follower counts and walls of green. Almost none of it teaches you to judge a single claim for yourself. We do the opposite: we hand you the questions and the methods, so that by the end you do not need us — or any ranking — to tell a checkable record from a curated one.
Nobody pays to appear here, no sign-up sends a commission our way, and we operate no signal channel of our own. This is editorial education. Where we hold up a service as a good example, it is because its claims survive the very tests these lessons teach; where a practice is a warning sign, we say so plainly and explain the mechanism behind it.
- No paid rankings. No mention on this site has ever been bought, and none is for sale.
- No affiliate steering. We earn nothing on your sign-up or on the volume you trade.
- Sources you can open. Behind every number we quote sits a primary record you are free to pull up and check for yourself.
The example we teach with
Good teaching needs a worked example, and the example has to be honest enough to survive being inspected. We use the #1-ranked provider: it is run by the 2023 Trading World Champion, its multi-year record is reviewed independently, and every call — with its grade — is anchored to Bitcoin when it is sent. How we choose what to teach with is set out on the how we teach page.
